Hum Ripped Rooster Review – Pros and Cons

Ripper Rooster Ripped Rooster is a thermogenic fat burner made in America by Hum. The company is known for its commendable ethics and only uses GMO-free ingredients that have been taken from sustainable sources.

From what we can see, all of the company’s products are also vegetarian-friendly and gluten-free. This is certainly the case with Ripped Rooster.

In all honesty, the Hum website does not provide a great deal of information about Ripped Rooster or how it’s designed to work.

Existing customers are given access to a personal nutritionist who can offer advice on the best Hum product to use, but this is little use to people who have never used a Hum product and are trying to decide if Hum is for them.

Claims: To increase thermogenic fat burning by speeding up the metabolism

Positives: The Hum brand is nice looking brand with a good reputation for customer service.

Negatives: On a product level we feel there are more effective fat burners – and some that offer multiple benefits

What Is Ripped Rooster and How Does it Work?

Like any of the many other thermogenic fat burners that are available to buy, Ripped Rooster is designed to initiate a slight increase in body temperature that will cause the body to begin losing extra calories as heat.

The two ingredients that have been chosen to achieve this also have the ability to speed up the metabolism.

This is another good way to get the body to use up its stores of available calories (the calories provided by food) because when the metabolic rate increases the body begins to burn calories faster.

When no more calories are available, the body is forced to begin breaking down its stores of fat and burning the calories that are released.

Key Ingredients

Each (1 Capsule) dose of Ripped Rooster provides:

  • Chromium (100mcg): A mineral that’s good for maintaining a healthy balance between insulin and blood sugar levels, thereby preventing the fluctuations that often occur after a meal and can result in blood sugar crashes that trigger carb and sugar cravings. Chromium is a good ingredient and the amount included here is just right. However, Ripped Rooster is not the only diet pill that provides 100mcg of chromium. Numerous other diet pills do so as well.
  • 7-Keto (3-Acetyl-7-oxo-dehydroepiandrosterone) (100mg): 7-Keto is a trademark-protected form of DHEA. It was developed by Humanics Corporation, but the company sold the brand to InterHealth in 2014, stating they wanted to focus on the pharmaceutical industry instead. Research suggests 7-Keto is 2.9% more effective than diet and exercise alone, and 100mg, two times per day is the recommended dose; so Hum has got it right. However, 7-Keto is not a particularly popular diet pill ingredient and there’s probably a good reason for that.
  • Green Tea Leaf Extract (100mg): Green tea boosts the metabolism and encourages thermogenic fat burning. Numerous studies prove it, one of which shows the fat burning benefits of green tea can last up to 24 hours. But you don’t need to buy Ripped Rooster to take advantage of green tea. It’s possibly the only diet pill ingredient that has a shot at being more popular than chromium and some of the other options available contain a more respectable amount.

Ripped Rooster Customer Feedback

Unfortunately, we were unable to find a reliable source of customer reviews for this product.

Ripped Rooster Side Effects and Health Issues

The prospect of side effects is not mentioned in the Ripped Rooster marketing material, but the product is unlikely to be suitable for women who are pregnant or nursing an infant.

People who have existing health problems, or are using drugs or medications, should always get a doctor’s advice before using weight loss supplements of any kind.

Ripped Rooster Purchasing Options and Considerations

At the time of our review, Ripped Rooster was only available via the manufacturer’s website.

Guarantee

Ripped Rooster is not backed by a money back guarantee.

The Bottom Line

Ripped Rooster combines two of the most popular diet pill ingredients in the world with one that is largely ignored by most diet pill manufacturers; and we have to wonder if the potency of the blend would not be greatly improved if 7-Keto were removed in preference for a more respected alternative or an increased amount of green tea.

It seems highly likely that the formulation will be capable of helping dieters improve on any results they are already getting via diet and exercise, but Ripped Rooster is unlikely to pack as much power as any of the leading diet pill brands.

The lack of customer reviews is also less than ideal, especially for a product that is sold without a guarantee, so customers can be forgiven if they decide to give this one a miss and go with a more established product instead.

Recommended Diet Pill

Buy PhenQOur recommendation is for PhenQ – without wishing to endlessly repeat ourselves or sound like a broken record, PhenQ has pretty much set the standard.

Ok.. PhenQ looks boring, compared to the beautiful brands that are emerging now it cant compete cosmetically. As a diet product though PhenQ is head and head and shoulders above everything else.
