The manufacturers claim Avaprex is the most aggressive diet pill on the market, that the formulation contains the most effective ingredients on the planet, and the combination is a “dieting breakthrough!”
It all sounds pretty good but an inspection of the label fails to show any ingredients that cannot be found on the labels of a dozen or more competing products.
To their credit, the manufacturers have detailed the inclusion rates of the main ingredients, but the amounts used are so low that it seems unlikely the formulation will have much to offer.
The product has been designed for users of either sex. The official Avaprex website appears to be the only source of supply.
Claims: To be the most aggressive diet pill on the market, designed for those looking to lose weight fast
Positives: Uses Raspberry Ketone as a key weight loss ingredient in conjunction with green tea
Negatives: There are many better alternatives available
What Is Avaprex And How Does It Work
The recommended dose is one capsule a day, to be taken 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch, or dinner and the manufacturers claim the capsules will:
- Burn fat.
- Increase fat burning metabolism.
- Suppress the appetite.
- Increase energy.
- Increase thermogenic body heat.
The website also states consumers should begin to see results within just two weeks, and should then continue to lose weight for the next six to twelve months.
To achieve results such as these the inclusion rate of the main ingredients would need to be much higher and the dosage would also need to be increased.
- Raspberry Ketone (4% extract): Some evidence suggests that raspberry ketone may encourage fat burning, but—with an inclusion rate of just 300 mg—any power it may possess is severely hindered.
- Green Tea (50% extract): Green tea’s popularity as an ingredient in weight loss supplements is more attributable to reputation than to scientific testing, and with an inclusion rate of just 200 mg it seems unlikely it will add anything of value to the mix.
- Caffeine: The inclusion rate is just 100g, but caffeine is a powerful stimulant so it is possible there may be enough provide a short term energy boost.
- Proprietary Blend: The inclusion rate of the blend is 600 mg—this is as much as all the other ingredients added together. The blend consists of apple cider vinegar, grapefruit, kelp, acai fruit powder, African mango, and resveratrol extract. How much of each item has gone into the blend is a mystery; so any benefits—or side effects—are impossible to predict.
Scientific Evidence and Studies
Avaprex has never been tested, so there is no evidence to support the many claims made by the manufacturers. Neither is there any way for the consumer to be sure the product will not cause side effects. Many of the ingredients have been studied and some of them are known to have merit, but the low inclusion rate, coupled with such a low recommended daily dosage, suggests Avaprex capsules will probably prove to be a very ineffective product.
There are four products in the range: The Maximum formula, Noctimax, Cleanse and Mega Matrix.
Independent reviews are hard to find and the official website fares no better. One lady has given the product a five star rating because she says she lost 9 lbs. in 11 days. A second lady states she lost 7 lbs. in 9 days and she has also awarded the maximum five stars.
The next five star rating is from someone who says they have bought the product and hope it will work—meaning they have posted their review before even trying the product.
A fourth reviewer has also awarded a rating before even trying the product. There are no further reviews available at this time, and if these are the testimonials the manufacturers are relying on to endorse their product, it is a sorry state of affairs.
Side Effects and Safety Issues
The manufacturer states side effects are unlikely, but then go on to say that some people may experience mild side effects during the first month of use. Possible side effects include.
- Upset stomach and/or heartburn.
- The Jitters.
- Abdominal gas.
They further state that product is not suitable for use by anyone under the age of 18 and recommend consulting a doctor about any concerns relating to the product or its ingredients. They also warn pregnant and nursing mothers not to use Avaprex.
Is It Recommended
Many claims are made for Avaprex, but talk is cheap. It seems unlikely this product will be all it is hyped up to be and the bold claim that it is the most aggressive diet pill on the market is totally without founding.
All of the main ingredients can be found in any number of alternative products, and in many cases with more respectable inclusion rates. Avaprex is not a recommended product.
It has never been clinically tested, and the customer response to it is so limited that even the manufacturers could not find a significant amount of feedback to include on their website.
This is probably the most damning thing of all because it indicates not only a lack of results, but a total lack of interest in the product.
The manufacturer fails to provide a convincing argument for their claims and it seems likely that the only weight loss attained will be from the wallet of the consumer. Many better alternatives are available.
Where To Buy Avaprex
Can be ordered online from the official website, the product ships to most countries including the UK, US, Canada, Australia and South Africa.
It is priced at $45 / £29 for a month supply
If you are considering raspberry ketone there is only one real contender and that is Raspberry Ketone Plus from Evolution Slimming.
Raspberry Ketone Plus is a full strength supplement that contains the exact level of daily ketone required and is the original brand.
When raspberry ketone is featured in the media it is this brand more often than not that is used as the example.
I have tried a few of the Avaprex’s and didnt like any of them.
