Purefit KETO Review – Ingredients, Side Effects and Buyers Guide

Last updated on January 18th, 2021

Purefit KETO ReviewPurefit KETO is a diet pill that’s sold online along with the promise that it will offer people who use it the easiest way to lose fat in a safe and effective manner.

According to the manufacturer, people using it can lose up to seven pounds per bottle.

If that were true it would be quite impressive because a bottle only contains a 15-day supply of pills.

Here is our review, I hope you find it useful and more truthful than the many other Purefit KETO reviews on the internet

rejected diet pillClaims: To do many things  – Puts You into a State of Ketosis Fast, Makes You Burn Fat for Energy, Makes You Lose Weight, Burn Fat in Difficult Areas, Enjoy Better Brain Health, Recovery Faster After Exercise, Maintain Lean Muscle Mass

Positives: Although the product could be able to provide most of the benefits it’s alleged to be capable of, it would only be able to achieve these things if it were capable of providing the promised ketosis.

Negatives: In our opinion PhenQ will give you a better weight loss experience.

How Does Purefit KETO Work

The pills are alleged to put the body into a state of ketosis.

This is a normal metabolic process that occurs within the body when it lacks a sufficient amount of carbohydrate (provided by food).

Keto diet

When this happens it burns fat instead and, during the fat burning process, the body creates energy-providing ketones to use as fuel instead of burning the calories provided by carbohydrate.

Some people deliberately encourage this process by switching to a low-carb diet and eating more fat and protein.

These low-carb diets are often referred to as ketognic or “keto” diets and, once achieved, ketosis is alleged to help maintain muscle mass.

Some proponents of the system also claim ketones boosts mental capabilities, but a research paper entitled The Current Status of the Ketogenic Diet in Psychiatry, suggests ketones may not be as good for the brain as some people believe.

In fact, the scientists who compiled the data concluded: “Currently, there is insufficient evidence for the use of KD in mental disorders, and it is not a recommended treatment option.”

The interesting thing is, most diet pills that are designed to promote ketosis do so by blocking carb absorption and it’s easy to see why this should be considered a valuable technique. However, Purefit KETO does not appear to contain any carb blocking ingredients.

Key Ingredients and Blend Potential

The official Purefit KETO website does not provide a list of ingredients, but it does present some conflicting information. According to the site homepage, the formulation has value as an aid to ketosis because it contains Beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB). The FAQs page says differently.

Sanguinaria CanadensisIt states “This special serum is made from 2 key ingredients: Sanguinaria Canadensis and Zincum Muriaticum.” Then things take a turn for the weird.

These two ingredients have apparently been added because: “Combined, they are proven to safely correct moles and skin tags as well as other skin blemishes of all types.”

BHB is a substance that makes ketones.

If the formulation does provide BHB, it will elevate ketone levels and this may provide an energy boost that could be put to good use by anyone pursuing athletic pursuits.

However, other than one rat-based study, there is no evidence to suggest elevating levels of BHB in this way is likely to assist weight loss.

If anything, all it will do is reduce the need for the body to burn fat because the body will only do this if it experiences an energy shortage. Elevating ketone levels in this way is more likely to prevent such a shortage.

Sanguinaria Canadensis is known by a number of other names including bloodroot. It’s an extract taken from a flower and has traditionally been used as a treatment for skin problems, snake bites, and a number of other maladies.

High doses can be used to encourage vomiting. Its presence in a formulation such as this would serve no purpose.

Zincum Muriaticum is an equally pointless inclusion (presuming it is an inclusion).

It’s a homoeopathic ingredient that’s primarily used as a treatment for constipation. It has never been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy.

Purefit KETO Customer Testimonials

Although the manufacturer’s site provides a few testimonials that are attributed to satisfied customers, recommendations obtained from such a biased source cannot be relied upon for accuracy.

Reviews published at third-party websites would be more reliable but, in this case, none could be found.

Side Effects and Health Considerations

Keto dieting tends to give people unsavoury-smelling breath.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to speculate on the kind of side effect use of the formulation may entail because it’s unclear what ingredients are involved.

This being the case, we strongly suggest obtaining approval from a doctor before commencing use of this product.

Where to Buy Purefit KETO

Purefit KETO is exclusive to the manufacturer’s website.

No details of the price are provided and it’s does not initially seem possible to buy a single bottle of pills as a one-off purchase because the site is set-up in a way that makes it impossible for site visitors to obtain Purefit KETO unless they provide their contact details via a form at the top of the homepage.

The idea is that customers will then be entitled to a free bottle of pills. However, any customer who provides their details will then find they are transferred to an order page that contains options for buying one, two, or three bottles of Purefit KETO.

The cost of a single bottle of pills is about the same as it would be to buy one of the leading diet pill brands.

However, although all the leading diet pills provide a 30-day supply, a bottle of Purefit KETO only contains enough pills to last for 15 days, making the product twice as costly to use.

As for the multi-buy options, the maths used for the offers seems a little wonky and customers are not actually told how much they will have to pay until they have provided their card details.

Guarantee

Purefit KETO is sold without a money back guarantee.

Summary

Although the product could be able to provide most of the benefits it’s alleged to be capable of, it would only be able to achieve these things if it were capable of providing the promised ketosis.

If the formulation does contain BHB it may boost energy levels by providing ketones to use for energy, but that’s not the same as encouraging the body to produce ketones by burning fat.

The fact that there are so many grey areas about the contents of the product raises concerns, the price is high, and there is no money back guarantee.

Without further information about all the ingredients and inclusion rates we cannot possibly recommend Purefit KETO.
