Reducta Hunger Reduction is an Australian focused appetite suppressant that presents itself admirably as a natural cactus based product without artificial influence or ingredients.
Caralluma Fimbriata is the active ingredient – although there are many positives surrounding its efficacy it is arguably understrength when compared to similar natural ingredients that suppress appetite.
In this review we will be as objective as possible and underline and highlight the product positives, negatives and potential safety issues.
Claims: To help users eat less by lessening appetite
Positives: clinically tested ingredients. Reputable company
Negatives: Expensive, Not much in the way of feedback. Other products preferred
Reducta Hunger Reduction Tablets Review,
Content
As the name suggests, Reducta Hunger Reduction Tablets are a weight loss aid that promises to suppress the appetite. The Reducta Range also includes Reducta Appetite Control Shake, and Reducta Hunger Control Chewing Gum, but the official Reducta website contains only the most basic amount of information about any of their products.
The Reducta range is marketed by Naturopathica, but the Reducta website does not have an “about us” page, and no contact details can be found anywhere on the site. The site does contain a link to the official Naturopathica website, but it does not provide any information about the company either, so it is difficult to ascertain what degree of expertise they may or may not have in the manufacture of dietary supplements. The Naturopathica website does have a contact page though, and the mailing address reveals two things:

- Naturopathic appears to be a trading name used by PharmaCare Laboratories PTY, LTD.
- The company is based in New South Wales (Australia).[/plain]
How Reducta Hunger Reduction Tablets Work
Reducta Hunger Reduction Tablets are designed to suppress the appetite. They only contain one ingredient though, so they can hardly be described as a ground-breaking or inventive blend.
The recommended dose is one tablet in the morning and another in the evening, taken half an hour before eating, and the manufacturers recommend the tablets be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise.
Caralluma Fimbriata
Each tablet contains 6g of Caralluma fimbriata, and this is a promising ingredient, but its benefits are far from proven. Caralluma fimbriata is a species of edible cactus that can be found growing in Africa and parts of Europe, but is believed to have originated in India, where tribesmen used to chew on its flesh to help curb their hunger during extended hunting trips.
As a weight-loss ingredient, Caralluma fimbriata requires further study, but one study, conducted in India suggests it may have potential. The study was conducted over a period of 60 days, and the participants successfully lost weight, but they received just 1g of caralluma each day.
Reducta’s hunger reduction tablets contain six times this amount, but a larger dose does not always guarantee better results, and the amount of caralluma the tablets contain may be a cause for concern because its use has been associated with gastro-intestinal problems.
Reducta Hunger Reduction Customer Feedback
The Reducta website has a testimonials page, but all of the testimonial refer to their weight loss chewing gum. Independent reviews prove to be just as elusive, so it is impossible to get any indication of customer response to the product.
Possible Side Effects and Health Issues
If the manufacturers are aware of any side effects related to the use of their tablets they fail to mention this on their site, but that seems to be in keeping with their lack-of-information policy. It seems likely that some users will experience side effects though, because the tablets provide a high dosage of an ingredient that is known to present the possibility of them.
Reducta Hunger Reduction Tablets should not be used by pregnant or nursing mothers. Anyone with known health issues, or who is taking any form of medication, should seek medical advice before use.
The Bottom Line
Reducta Hunger Reduction Tablets are not a recommended product. They are expensive and might not work. It cannot be denied that caralluma fimbriata is a promising ingredient, but even the best ingredients can be wasted if the supplements they are used in are not blended in an efficient manner, and it has to be remembered Reducta’s tablets have never been tested and do not have the benefit of adequate endorsement by satisfied customers.
It is also worth noting that appetite suppression alone is seldom enough to procure the kind of weight loss that most dieters seek.
[info]This is the reason why so many weight loss blends contain a variety of ingredients that can provide a multilateral approach to weight loss by also speeding up the metabolism and encouraging fat burning. Reducta Hunger Reduction Tablets rely on one ingredient to try and do one thing (suppress the appetite), but they fail to stand out from the crowd and the information presently available does not suggest they are worth the money. Consumers are advised to look elsewhere.[/info]
Purchasing Options and Where To Buy
All sales are handled by third-party sellers, and visitors who try to make a purchase from the Reducta website are redirected to a sales page at Health365.com.au. This seems to suggest they are the company’s preferred trading partners, but when we tried to make a test purchase for this review, we discovered the sales page was inactive.
A few Google searches managed to turn up a few alternative suppliers, but options were limited. Prices vary from site to site, but the recommended retail price seems to be £25.00 / $39.95 plus postage. We consider this rather expensive for a bottle of 20 tablets and were not impressed by the lack of a money back guarantee.
Recommended Alternative
A product that we highly recommend over and above Reducta is PhenQ. PhenQ is a multi faceted diet pill that can not only suppress appetite but also burn excess body fat.
PhenQ can also stop the creation and production of new fat (from diet). It also has a detox ingredient.
